Mina Samir is an experienced Pharmaceutical R&D professional with over 12 years of progressive expertise in formulation development across solid, semi-solid, liquid, and sterile dosage forms. He currently serves as R&D Formulation Section Head at Global Napi Pharmaceuticals and as a Course Instructor at PharmaCores.
Throughout his career, Mina has led full product development cycles from pre-formulation to scale-up and technology transfer, with strong involvement in troubleshooting, regulatory coordination, process simulation, and cross-functional leadership.
