1. Accounts
To use most features of PharmaCores, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including safeguarding your password.
– You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
– You may not share your login credentials with others.
– If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our Support Team immediately.
– Accounts may be closed in the event of user death or legal requirements.
You may delete your account at any time. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand what happens to your data upon account deletion.
2. Enrollment & Access to Content
When you enroll in a course, training, or access digital materials, PharmaCores grants you a limited, personal, nonโtransferable license to view the content through our platform.
You may not:
– Resell, share, or distribute content
– Download content for redistribution
– Transfer your license to another person
PharmaCores generally provides lifetime access to purchased courses unless:
– Content must be removed for legal or policy reasons
– The instructor or PharmaCores discontinues certain features
– The content is part of a subscription plan or live training
Instructors cannot grant licenses directly to users outside the PharmaCores platform.
3. Payments, Credits & Refunds
3.1 Pricing
Prices may vary based on region, promotions, or platform. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
3.2 Payments
By purchasing a Service, you authorize PharmaCores to charge your selected payment method. If payment fails, you must settle outstanding amounts within 30 days.
3.3 Refunds
PharmaCores offers a 14โday refund window for most course purchases unless:
- The content is part of a subscription
- The service has already been consumed significantly
- The purchase relates to consulting or live training sessions
Refunds may be issued as credits or to the original payment method, depending on circumstances.
Refund abuse may result in account restrictions.
3.4 Promotional Codes
PharmaCores may issue promotional codes or credits. These:
- May expire
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Are subject to the terms provided with the code
4. User Conduct & Content Rules
You agree to use PharmaCores only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Egyptian law and international regulations.
You may not:
- Upload content you do not own
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Engage in harassment, impersonation, or harmful behavior
- Attempt to bypass platform security
- Use PharmaCores to promote illegal or unethical activities
PharmaCores may remove content or suspend accounts for violations.
5. PharmaCoresโ Rights to User Content
You retain ownership of any content you post. However, by posting content (reviews, questions, submissions, etc.), you grant PharmaCores a worldwide, royaltyโfree license to:
- Use
- Display
- Modify
- Distribute
- Promote
your content in connection with our Services.
You represent that you have the legal right to share such content.
6. Using PharmaCores at Your Own Risk
PharmaCores hosts content created by instructors, consultants, and subjectโmatter experts. We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy
- Completeness
- Reliability
- Suitability
You access content at your own discretion.
PharmaCores is not responsible for:
- Interactions between users and instructors
- Outcomes of applying course knowledge
- Thirdโparty links or external websites
Health, safety, and pharmaceutical compliance content may involve risks. You assume full responsibility for your choices.
7. PharmaCoresโ Intellectual Property
PharmaCores owns:
- The platform
- Logos, trademarks, and branding
- Website and app code
- Proprietary course materials created by PharmaCores staff
You may not:
- Copy or reverseโengineer our systems
- Use automated tools to scrape content
- Use our trademarks without permission
8. Subscription Plans
Subscription plans provide access to selected content for the duration of your subscription.
- Subscriptions are nonโtransferable
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past payments
- Access ends at the end of the billing cycle
- PharmaCores may modify or remove content for legal or policy reasons
9. Live Training & Coaching Services
Live sessions may include:

- Oneโonโone coaching
- Group training
These services:
- Are available only to users 18+
- May not be recorded or redistributed
- Are nonโrefundable once delivered
PharmaCores is not responsible for outcomes resulting from coaching advice.
10. Consulting Services
Consulting services are provided by PharmaCores experts and may include:
- Technical support
- Regulatory guidance
- Operational consulting
Consulting services:
- Are billed separately
- Are nonโrefundable once delivered
- Do not constitute legal or medical advice
11. Generative AI Features
If you use PharmaCores AI tools, you agree:
- Not to input sensitive personal data
- Not to use AI outputs as professional, legal, or medical advice
- That AI-generated content may be inaccurate
PharmaCores may store anonymized data to improve AI performance.
12. Exam Vouchers (If Applicable)
If PharmaCores offers exam vouchers:
- They are nonโrefundable
- They may expire
- They may be subject to thirdโparty exam provider rules
PharmaCores may store anonymized data to improve AI performance.
13. Miscellaneous Legal Terms
These Terms are governed by Egyptian law.
You agree that:
